Hello all, It’s Friday, September 4, 2026, I pray you have a wonderful and restful long weekend.

I wanted to share a message I heard at church this past Sunday that really spoke to me:

"Bloom where you are planted."

In life, we often spend a great deal of time preparing, praying, working hard, and positioning ourselves for the next opportunity, the next role, the next title, or the next door we hope will open. When that door doesn't open when we expect it to, it's easy to become frustrated, discouraged, or feel overlooked.  But remember, a delay is not a denial. Sometimes it's direction.  There are seasons in life when we are called to bloom right where we are, even when our surroundings don't look like what we imagined for ourselves.

The assignment is not always "next." Sometimes the assignment is "now."  There may be people who need you, lessons that are shaping you, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in this very season. Don't become so focused on what's ahead that you overlook the purpose in front of you today.  When we embrace and honor the season we're in, we prepare ourselves for the next one with greater wisdom, strength, and confidence. We become grounded, ready, and equipped for whatever comes next.

So today take a moment to appreciate where you are, how far you've come, and the difference you're making right now. Your work matters, your presence matters, and your impact is greater than you may realize.  Bloom where you are planted!  I see you! You are loved. And you are so needed right now!
