Nurses Month Giveaway Terms & Conditions

In celebration of Nurses Month, Power Up Nursing is proud to host the Giveaway in partnership with our valued sponsors, including Circular, CeraVe and Goclove, among others.

By participating, you agree to the following terms:

• No Cash Value: All prizes provided through this giveaway are for promotional purposes only and hold no cash value. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

• Prize Fulfillment: Certain prizes (including wearable technology or footwear) may require winners to provide additional information (such as sizing, shipping details, or contact information) directly after the event. Failure to provide accurate information may result in forfeiture of the prize.

• Sponsor-Managed Giveaways: Some giveaways may be fulfilled and administered directly by sponsoring partners (e.g., QR code entries or digital submissions). In such cases, winners may be selected and contacted directly by the sponsor.

• No Substitutions: Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions, transfers, or exchanges are permitted, except at the sole discretion of Power Up Nursing and/or the sponsor.

• Eligibility: Open to participating nurses and healthcare staff at designated hospitals, nursing schools, and affiliated organizations taking part in Dance It Out events. Void where prohibited by law.

• Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random or based on sponsor-specific criteria and announced either during or following the event. Notification will be made via provided contact details or through event organizers.

• Use of Likeness: By accepting a prize, participants agree to allow Power Up Nursing and its partners to use their name, likeness, and/or photos/videos from the event for promotional and community storytelling purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Power Up Nursing, its sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

• Right to Modify: Power Up Nursing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time if necessary, including in cases of unforeseen circumstances.
