Hello, all its Friday June 19th, 2026
I pray everyone has a grateful and fabulous Father’s Day weekend, and a meaningful Juneteenth. Both of these moments invite us to pause… to reflect on love and legacy.
Every day we have two choices: To see problems… or to see possibilities. To complain… or to be grateful. If you look for problems, you will always find them. And on the flip side, if you look for possibilities, they are there too.
Gratitude is not pretending that life is perfect.
It’s choosing to recognize that even in the middle of the hard, there is still something sacred, something good, something worth holding onto. Some of us are carrying more than we show. Some of us are showing up when it would be easier to pull back.
And yet… here you are. Still giving. Still caring. Still making a difference. That alone is something to be grateful for.
I encourage you to shift your lens: Instead of focusing on what’s missing, honor what remains. Instead of dwelling on what went wrong, celebrate what went right. Instead of rushing through the moment, be present in it. Gratitude changes how we see… and when we change how we see, everything begins to feel different.
Choose gratitude and watch everything begin to shift. Remember June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month! Thank you everyone!
