Dear PowerUp Nurses Community,
Mental health has never been more urgent or more visible in our society. What was once quietly endured has now become a recognized epidemic affecting individuals, families, communities, and, with particular intensity, the nursing profession itself. Nurses continue to carry extraordinary emotional, psychological, and professional demands, and the need for innovation, support, and leadership in mental health has never been greater.
This May, an important opportunity emerges for us to come together in learning, collaboration, and purpose. Jackson Health System, in partnership with the International Association of Psychiatric Nurses (IAPN), is hosting an innovative international conference dedicated to advancing psychiatric nursing and mental health care. PowerUp Nursing is proud to support this global movement and to stand in solidarity with professionals committed to elevating well-being and strengthening the future of healthcare.
