Date: Thursday, Oct 23, 2025 & Saturday, Oct 25, 2025

The Scottsdale Resort & Spa

This is not just another healthcare conference. This is an exclusive, invitation-only Think Tank designed for the most forward-thinking healthcare leaders, chief nursing executives, and AI experts who are ready to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change in healthcare delivery.

Taking place over 2½ intensive days in Scottsdale, Arizona, this gathering represents a unique convergence of clinical expertise, technological innovation, and strategic vision. We've carefully curated this experience to bring together a select group of leaders who share a common goal: transforming the future of nursing and patient care through bold action and cutting-edge solutions.

Space is intentionally limited to ensure meaningful connections, deep collaboration, and actionable outcomes. This intimate setting allows for the kind of breakthrough thinking that can only happen when the right minds come together in the right environment.

Where Data Meets Disruption: The Think Tank Experience

Over the course of 2½ days, you'll engage in intensive collaborative sessions designed to break down silos and build bridges between clinical practice and technological innovation. We've structured this experience to maximize both learning and networking, ensuring that every interaction has the potential to spark new ideas, forge strategic partnerships, and create lasting change.

The format combines keynote presentations from industry visionaries, interactive workshops focused on practical implementation, and facilitated discussions that dive deep into the challenges and opportunities facing modern healthcare delivery. This isn't about passive learning—it's about active creation of solutions that can be implemented immediately upon your return.

Why Attend: Transformative Outcomes for Visionary Leaders

This Think Tank is designed for leaders who refuse to accept "that's how we've always done it" as an answer. You'll join a carefully selected cohort of healthcare pioneers who are already implementing breakthrough solutions in their organizations and are ready to share their insights while learning from others.

You'll hear directly from visionary nurse leaders who have successfully navigated complex organizational transformations, implemented AI-powered solutions, and achieved measurable improvements in both clinical and financial outcomes. These aren't theoretical case studies—these are real-world success stories from leaders who have broken through barriers that others consider insurmountable.

The networking opportunities alone are worth the investment. You'll connect with chief nursing executives from leading health systems, technology innovators developing next-generation healthcare solutions, and policy experts who understand the regulatory landscape. These relationships often prove to be the most valuable outcome, providing ongoing support and collaboration opportunities long after the Think Tank concludes.

Most importantly, you'll leave with concrete strategies, actionable plans, and strategic partnerships that can be implemented immediately. This isn't about inspiration—it's about transformation with measurable results.
